If you have a tool you want to connect, but it isn't included in one of CloudTalk's integrations, you can build custom workflows using CloudTalk’s public API and webhooks. The AI Voice Agent is priced on usage, not seats. Each tier is a monthly bundle with a block of included minutes, and the per-minute rate decreases as your call volume increases. A few things to know about how the metering works:

• Bundles scale in steps. AI Receptionist runs $99 for 200 minutes, $199 for 500, $299 for 1,000, and $699 for 2,500. AI Specialist runs $349 for 1,000 minutes, $749 for 2,500, and $1,249 for 5,000.
• Your first 50 minutes are free in your first month, and the 14-day trial includes them too, so you can pilot the agent before committing to a tier.
• Volume discounts kick in as usage grows. Above 10,000 minutes a month the rate drops to as low as $0.15 per minute.
